The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond - especially Cezar, Edgar, and Fuad at the front desk who provided exceptional service. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were even upgraded to the 27th floor with amazing views. the location was perfect for exploring Midtown Manhattan by foot, with popular attractions like the Empire State Building and Bryant Park nearby. the hotel also offers great amenities such as free bikes, a fitness center, and a delicious restaurant. the service, location, and overall experience at Motto By Hilton New York City Chelsea exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back again!
